Towards the World Feast of Gratitude 2025

Rome (Italy). Online on the website www.festadelgrazie.org is the journey in preparation for the World Feast of Gratitude 2025, of the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians, which will be celebrated in Vietnam, in Tam Ha, on 26 April 2025 with the theme:

Light the Gospel of hope

Translated in two languages – Italian and English – the site is a place of encounter to be united on the network as FMA, Educating Communities, lay people, and young people of the Salesian Family, to express gratitude to Mother Chiara Cazzuola and to prepare to live with renewed enthusiasm, the charismatic event of World Gratitude Day.

The site offers resources to deepen the theme according to the four-week itinerary proposed by Mary Help of Christians Province (VTN), illumined by the theme of Jubilee 2025 on Hope:

1^st Week  (26 March – 5 April)                        Jesus Christ – source of hope

2^nd Week (6 April – 12 April)                          Pilgrims of hope

3^rd Week (13 April – 19 April)                        Witnesses of hope for the world

4^th Week (20 April – 25 April)                        Gratitude Week: Light the Gospel of Hope

In addition to the preparatory journey, among the resources contained in the Archive you can find the Letter of the Vicar General, the Entrustment to Mary for the Communities in different languages, the logo of the Feast in Italian and English, the Dossier on Vietnam, and the history of the VTN Province.  Also available is the Lectio divina on a Gospel passage for each week.

As a gesture to involve the whole Institute, the Vietnamese Province invites each Province/Preprovince to share a photograph that expresses hope in their own reality, with a short caption, along with the word “hope” translated into some of the languages spoken by the Province.

The photo should be sent in horizontal format, with a good resolution (not less than 1 MB, about 20×15 cm) to the email address amministratoreweb@cgfma.org by the third week of April.

On the site, under the menu item GESTURE OF HOPE, you will be able to find all the published posts – in Italian and in English – that will document in this way, the variety of expressions throughout the Institute.

 “The World Feast of Gratitude is a moment of celebration of this joy, gift of the Holy Spirit, which strengthens being “Salesian” Educating Communities and places us in the continuous vital flow of Eucharistic grace that is the highest thanksgiving to the Father through the Son, in the Spirit of love” (Circular 1037).
